"...for John truly baptized with water, but you shall be baptized
with the Holy Spirit not many days from now."
(Acts 1:5)

Pentecost Miracle

They entered into that upper room.
My disciples in obedience came together
as I commanded them to wait
for the coming of the Holy Spirit
to be baptized with Him in power.
In one accord they waited, prayed and waited more.
Ten days of praying and waiting,
until....He came!
The Promise of the Father came
with great wind and sound,
poured over each one as with flames of fire!
Their voices raised, a crescendo of
praise and glory to God
such as never heard before!
I brought those visitors, men
from every nation to hear,
puzzled with the voices of
Galileans uttered in each language of
their own birth, bringing praises they all understood
of their great and glorious God of all!
The Spirit poured His gifts,
establishing My living Body, the Church.
I still pray the Father today
to send the Holy Spirit to those who ask.
