Death or Life

Your choice is ever before you,
whether you are choosing life
or the choice that leads to death.
To choose to follow Me is life.
But death will surely follow
if your choice is for any other.
The tempter is there in deceit
to proclaim, "Surely you will not die."
And therein is the dilemma
placed before you:
that you should believe the lie or liar
rather than the truth and God;
to love darkness more than light;
to seek evil ways, rather than
the way of righteousness.
It is ever before you,
and is your choice: death or life!
