Advent

I would that all men come to Me
in the quiet of their minds.
I would they knew
My presence within,
that I may strengthen
and encourage them in My way.
My way is the only truth.
Men search in so many directions,
only to find Me in their own hearts.
It is I who puts that yearning there,
I who draws you to Me.
It is I, who, when you find Me,
can give real joy within
in all circumstances of your life.
I wait patiently for your coming to Me
that you may wait expectantly
for My coming again!
