A Servant's Heart

I need more servants I can trust;
more to do what is required.
I need to know the tasks I give
will be accomplished.
And, greater still, I need a person
with a servant's heart,
one with a singlemindedness
towards Me and Me alone;
one who will not act first,
but one who is quiet before Me
and listens to My voice.
That one will need to listen first,
but then to act with no hesitation.
He will not question, but rather move
to My directions alone.
I need a servant with My love,
My care for others.
He will not speak
nor move on His own accord.
Like a servant with his master,
he will know My voice and follow.
