Today's Promises

You need not wait for “afterlife”
to experience abundant living.
I promise it for today.
Look around. See all the provisions
I have for you.
Look inside, where My Spirit
dwells in you.
Feel and know who I am
and what I’ve come to do through you.
Do not belittle yourself as having
nothing of value to offer Me.
You have My very presence
living in you!
It’s but a small portion
of what lies ahead, yes.
But it’s all you need
for this very day.
Place your trust where
it belongs—in Me!
