I Want You

I have called you to be together with Me
so I may impart some wisdom into your mind,
to know Me and what I have for you.
I call you to spend time
with Me and Me alone.
I am the Lover who desires
your full attention.
I am jealous of those other suitors
who take your thoughts away from Me.
Give a few minutes to commit each day to Me;
a few minutes to see Me as I Am;
a few moments of giving Me your weaknesses.
Ask to share your burdens with Me.
Give me all those concerns.
I receive them all and lighten your load.
Be thankful in all things.
Remember what I have already done.
I will continue to give My light
and show the way.
